Like many 21st-century love stories, ours began online in 2019, when social media became the world's main meeting place. What started as casual phone calls and late-night messages quickly became something much more meaningful. For weeks, we bonded over shared interests, good jokes, and the rare comfort of someone who just gets you. Finally, we decided that it was time to meet in person, even though the world hadn't quite returned to normal, and we had our first date at a bonfire.
